9020 Surface Mounted Weighbridge
The 9020 surface mounted weighbridge is from our "Gold Range" and based on the most popular traditional design. Using the Shering IDE Restraint Post System it requires very simple foundations because they will not be subject to any damaging impact forces. The additional strength and rigidity of having crossmembers at 500mm intervals makes the 9020 particularly suited to sites with a high vehicle throughput.
The 9020 is available in both Low Profile and High Profile versions, the latter being suitable for sites where there may be a build up of material and debris. Typically this includes aggregate and landfill sites. The High Profile version is 205mm higher than the Low Profile, and this is achieved by mounting the load cells on the main beams of the weighbridge.
The 9020 is available in a standard range of sizes and capacities, as shown here as well as in a transportable version. However, we can also custom-build the 9020 to suit individual site requirements: eg 20000kg axle loading, or 100000kg capacity or 4m wide. Being a member of the "Gold Range" the 9020 has a higher level of protective finish than the industry standard which will protect your weighbridge, and investment, for many years.
