Shering Mail Order Service
Shering Direct is the Internet mail order service from Shering. We can supply most components, instrumentation and consumables quickly and efficiently through this service.

The easiest method of payment is by credit card and we provide a secure server with encryption for your credit card details. If you have an account with us, you may put the cost of your purchases against that account and we will bill you as normal.
We have organised our catalogue into sections through which we hope you will find it easy to navigate. eg Load Cells is subdivided into the different types of load cell, such as Shear Beam, as well as being listed under manufacturer. There is also a word search facility.
Once you have selected your order, using the Direct catalogue, you can display a summary before committing to purchase. You can also use the catalogue to find datasheets and photographs of many of the products we supply. The datasheets are in pdf format so you will need Acrobat Reader to look at them. It can be downloaded by clicking on the icon below:
You can browse the Shering Direct catalogue without registering as a customer, but if you wish to make any purchases you will need to register your company details with us.
Once you are registered you will benefit from the following:
- All your company billing and delivery details will be stored so no need to input them again, although there is the facility to input different details for individual orders.
- You can create "Authorised Buyers" for your company so a record will be kept of which individual ordered what products. Each buyer is allocated an individual login ID and password.
- You can create a "Regular Purchases" record to enable easy re-ordering of regular purchases.
- If you are already an established customer of Shering then we offer different levels of discount, which we will set up once you register on Shering Direct. This means that when you subsequently login to Shering Direct, the prices you see will be your discounted prices.
For some products we offer a bulk discount, which is shown in red under "Your price" - eg 6+ £99.00, meaning that for purchases of 6 or more that discounted price applies. Further bulk discounts may apply for greater quantities and these will be displayed as you increment up the number in your order.
Due to the complexity of the different types of shipping for our product range, we are currently unable to show the shipping charge with our online service. It will be shown as zero but we will contact you with the actual shipping charge and ask your confirmation before despatching the goods. The shipping charge will then be added to your account or credit card.
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling, but for non-UK customers who have an account with us we can bill you in the currency of your choice. There is a currency converter option on the Direct Catalogue to enable you to see the price in your chosen currency.
