Command Management
This is the brain of the Command system, controlling all the hardware and integrating all the modules used in any particular installation. Its main features include:
- User modification of database structure to allow for changes in requirements.
- Maintenance of standing and default data, including tariffs.
- Log-in control, allowing different levels of access to each user. This might be allowing the site manager access to everything including statistics and the audit trail, but limiting the weighbridge operator to the facilities required to weigh vehicles and issue tickets.
- Archive and back-up, with a built-in facility to restore data in the event of loss or corruption.
- Full audit trail, including a record of unusual activity, such as overweight vehicles, blacklisted customers or entry of weights manually. It will produce management reports on all activity and data changes, with details of who did it, when it happened and what the activity or changes were.
- Integration with customer's IT systems, avoiding double entry and so saving time and the risk of error or fraud.
